My family has been coming from northern Poland for many generations, where I live.

I eat healthily, I cook myself. I don’t eat fastfood, occasionally I drink real Polish beer. I’ve never smoked, never taken drugs.

I have been using only Inebrya shampoo and hair mask for 7 years. Once a month I apply coconut oil to the entire length of my hair. I use a hair dryer only for the roots, the rest is air dried. I comb my braid every day so as not to damage my hair.
