Welcome to the refreshed BuyAndSellHair. We’ve rebuilt the site to make browsing, listing and keeping in touch easier, while keeping the idea that brought us here: a marketplace where people can buy and sell human hair directly.

Whether you are planning your first advert, returning to an existing one or looking for hair to buy, here is what has changed—and how to get back into your account.

Already have an account? Start here

Sign in with the same email address and password you used before. Open My account, then My adverts to find your listings. You do not need to create another account just because the website looks different.

If your password is not accepted or you cannot remember it, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and follow the recovery steps. Use your original account email so we can connect you with the right records.

Active adverts carried over to the new site keep their remaining listing time. You do not need to pay again for that period. Expired or sold adverts are not automatically made live again, and existing buyer access keeps its original end date.

If an advert or paid period looks wrong, contact us with your account email and the advert or order details. Please do not pay again or create a duplicate advert to try to fix it. We can help check what happened.

Find the right hair more easily

Browse hair by length category, colour and asking price, with clearer advert pages and photographs. Length categories are linked from both listing cards and advert details, so it is easier to explore similar hair.

The homepage brings together the latest adverts, featured listings and hair marked sold by its seller. The sold section shows what is no longer available; asking prices are not confirmed final sale prices.

You can also save searches in your account to return to useful combinations of filters.

Create an advert in one flow

You can start with your hair details, asking price and photos before signing in or creating an account. Your unfinished advert stays in the same browser while you complete sign-up, then you can review it and choose an available payment method.

Ready to sell your hair? Create your advert when you have your measurements and photographs ready. Standard relisting is free until sold: confirm that your hair is still available when the listing period ends. Featured placement remains an optional extra.

Keep conversations in your own inbox

Buyers and sellers now have an on-site inbox, so you can discuss an advert without publishing your email address. Unread counts make new messages easier to spot, and you can block a participant or report a conversation if something is wrong.

Buyer membership is needed to start a conversation with a seller and view additional listing photos. One account can be used to buy and sell; paid buyer features depend on your membership, not on whether you also have an advert.

The inbox helps keep the discussion in one place. It does not verify the other person or guarantee payment: agree the hair price, cutting, payment and delivery directly, and check a payment in your own provider account before cutting or posting.

A clearer account area and checkout

My account brings together your adverts, buyer membership, inbox, saved searches and recorded site purchases. Your profile menu lets you manage your email, password and sign-in details.

For site fees, checkout offers Stripe for card payments and PayPal. It shows the item and total before you pay. These payments cover your advert or membership; the separate purchase of hair is agreed between buyer and seller.

The hair price calculator lets you explore comparable historical asking prices. Treat it as a starting point for choosing an asking price, rather than a valuation or a promise of what a buyer will pay.
