I work inside. No UV sun daily. I live healthy and take vitamins daily. My hair is smoke free, drug free, kid free.
I wash once a week with good shampoo and leave in my conditioner to make my hair hang on to the curls for the week.
My hair is elastic - because it is so healthy. I don't brush. Rarely use a wide tooth comb.
