Thick healthy strong hair

I’m an organic girl who’s taken care of my hair as a ritual. My hair grows extremely fast so this is less than 5 years of growth. Heat has never been used. Cuticles or soft. Individual strands are thick- similar to thread. My hair is responds well to serums. I do not used alcohol based products such as mouse or hair spray. Virgin hair with coloring also. Red pops in the sunlights. Looks dark brown inside. My hair has mostly been kept in a long braid or a French pin. So breakage is minimal and my ends are clean. Will share a video too! My hair stylists reminded me I died it a few years ago. You can’t super see it anyone but has been died once.
