Diet: vegetarian (except some fish or chicken on rare occasions)

Washing frequency: 2x a week
Combing frequency: 2x a day
Trimming frequency: Once every 3-4 months
Hair products: Vegan; Silicon, paraben and sulfate free
Hair routine: I co-wash most of the time following a capillary chronogram. Once a month I use a gentle low-poo shampoo to cleanse the scalp and remove built-up and once every 3 months I use a deep-cleansing shampoo, followed by treatment with natural oils and aloe vera.
Air dried.

Additional information: Very few split ends, but I often cut them when I find them.
