21″ Dark brown hair, never dyed, minimal heat

I have never dyed my hair and I use minimal heat. I haven’t used a curling iron or straightener more than once or twice in the last five years of growing it out, and have used a blow dryer a total of 4-5 times. I eat a nutrient dense animal and plant diet, with very little processed food and I take high quality supplements of vitamins and minerals. I never smoke and drink minimal alcohol. I use a natural shampoo and conditioner on my hair (Puracy brand) and have for 3-4 years. I don’t use any additional products in my hair and haven’t for 4-5 years. My hair is layered with the shortest layers being 4-5″ shorter than the longest.
